Was hoping to get a great deal have been working back-and-forth with Chris and My Wife just point out to me on the paperwork that they actually marked the car up an extra thousand dollars in markup know what is on the sticker price so I'll be back for sure to talk to them. Will not buy another car from there ever again. Came there to get money off of a car came out actually more money out of my pocket so I'll for sure be canceling my extended warranties to save money. Came in for a part, left with a new car We own a 2014 Jetta TDI wagon. In mid to late 2016 we had put in the paper work for the ”fix” to the emissions issue and were waiting (and waiting) to We own a 2014 Jetta TDI wagon. In mid to late 2016 we had put in the paper work for the ”fix” to the emissions issue and were waiting (and waiting) to be notified as to what/when that would happen. Meanwhile we are on a cross country road trip. Fast forward to earlier this week: while in St. Louis our car was broken into and the perpetrator not only broke a rear passenger window to gain entry, they also destroyed the driver side door lock. (Kudos to VW engineering, the locking mechanism still functioned, but we needed to replace to be able to use the key). Pulled into Lee's Summit VW to order the part for the door handle. In order to keep to our trip schedule the plan was to order the part and have it shipped up the road to a future VW destination where we would have it installed. Never put that plan into action though, because we were able to able to use the emissions fix buy back option to get a new car instead. Cory and his team helped us move our gear, including roof ”clam” from old car to new and we were on our way. Thank you Cory, Wendy and Lee's Summit VW team!! More
