Online price, financing, even stock not what they told me 9/6/17 Volkswagen Lee's Summit I took half a day off from work to go into this dealership to buy a car. Total waste of time. Nothing was what I was told it would be when I spoke with the sales people via phone and web-chat option on there website. The car I wanted to buy is listed on there website even today still as being for sale at $18,893, I was told by the salesman Cory that the car was for sale for $22,500. I was told they couldn't find this car either, even though it is on there website still today, the day after. I even emailed them the stock number of the car I wanted the day before I went so they could make sure they had it still, I was told they did, then.... At 0 % financing, which is what is all over their site, and I having a Volkswagen already that I haven't so much as been late making a payment on in the 3 years and having been told I had been approved for financing... $18,893, zero percent financing, 72 months... I was expecting a payment of $262 per month. I was told I was looking at a payment of $533 a months. Then the salesman kept trying to get me to due a lease because it would lower my payment closer to what I was expecting. Total waste of my time. Cory went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted. He stayed in constant contact with us until we were able to make the trip to purchase our car. The staff is friendly, courteous, and made the trip to their dealership totally worth it. I love my new car and I look forward to dealing with this dealership again in the future. More

Used car buyers beware - updated 9/5/17 If you are buying a used car from this dealer be sure you see the service department report on the car. We dealt with Christopher Abuhl for the purc If you are buying a used car from this dealer be sure you see the service department report on the car. We dealt with Christopher Abuhl for the purchase of a used Beetle. We asked specific questions about warranty and the "as is" statement on the sticker. We made it clear we would not buy a used car without a warranty. We also noted that the AC didn't seem to be working properly. Christopher told us a warranty would be provided, and an AC charge was included in the sale. During Finance (after a 2 hour wait) we discovered it was a power train only warranty, but since Christopher had included an AC charge and we had been assured that the service department had given the car a clean bill of health we went ahead with the purchase. We paid the full Kelly Blue Book suggested price for this model/year in good working condition, and expected the car to be in good repair as stated by Christopher. When the car was taken in for the AC charge after purchase, VW of Lee's Summit service department told us that the AC compressor and seals are bad and the repair will cost $1200. Oh, and there is a bad heat shield that needs to be replaced. We should have demanded a copy of the service report, and not been so trusting of the salesperson. Update - We were contacted by two staff from the dealership after originally posting this review. Neither was in a position to approve a resolution. However, over the course of a couple of days this issue was bumped up to someone who could help. The dealership replaced the AC compressor and seals at the dealer's expense. More
