Pleasant sales rep, quick to respond to questions and answered them ALL which is very rare for a dealership via text/email. Sadly, I had to back off the vehicle I wanted due to dealer market adjustment/accessories which added 15k to the price. Currently that same vehicle can be found on other lots and I had just missed one due to me dragging my feet on it at MSRP. Glad that this was disclosed prior to visiting the lot because I would of been extremely upset if that was kept a secret (accessories WAS with the monroney, the market adjustment was not) and I drove for nothing. Again, rep was amazing. More
Like previous reviewer said they lack communication! I had an appointment for one evening. Drove over an hour to the appointment. Seller was not there. Apparently he was let go before my appointment. Not a call from the dealership to reschedule with someone else. They paired me with someone who wasn’t prepared for my visit and who didn’t know anything about the car. I feel like I knew more about it than he did. Literally drove the car for 5 mins and then expected me to buy even though they didn’t have what I wanted. In the dealership there was salesman literally dancing around and like horse playing. It literally felt like I was in a high school cafeteria. This experience has now turned me off VW. More
We had an excellent experience with Felicia. She answered all of our questions and assisted with negotiations as needed. We feel we got a fair trade in value as well. Giving a 4 instead of a 5 due to what felt like an extremely long wait for the finance paperwork. We had our decision made and initial paperwork done in about an hour and a half but waited 2.5 hours just to get to our turn to finish paperwork. This was a 5 hour process in total. We left feeling frustrated, but we do love our new Atlas and are very grateful for Felicia’s excellent service! More

We traded our vehicle in August and have been waiting for a refund check we were told we would get. Everytime my husband called he would either not get an answer or an "I don't know"... Today after I had to call, someone finally said the refund was SUPPOSEDLY applied directly towards our payoff amount. How could you close on a deal and not tell us that, and actually tell us something completely opposite of that? Woman on the phone today was rude and didn't care about the issue. Told me to call Volkswagen Credit directly. More

This was the first dealership I actually enjoyed working with. When they say "they're not like the traditional dealership" they mean it! Maximas my salesperson, he was laid back and not pushy at all. Lack of response and transparency. I literally was ghosted by the sales team after completing a credit app I have a 780 Credit score. They never provided price payment estimate or trade in. Not sure why I would spend my team with this amateur hour. Last purchase was from baron bmw and purchased 3 cars and had a great experience. Bought an ID.4 for my wife from Molle VW great experience. The sales manager Josh tried some amateur sales technique on the 29th that any proposal would change because this was end of month and deal was today only. It was the 29th the month had another day! Stupid car salesman pressure techniques are ridiculous and what a fail. All I asked for was a what was a lease estimate or purchase estimate and trade in estimate before I come to The dealership. I never received anything. I'm not sure why I would waste my time to come in in when they can't share the simplest of info. Truly amazing. I have purchased well over 30 cars over the past 35 years and truly the worst experience! More
