Actually, I have been working with the folks at Lee's Summit Mazda. I haven't made a purchase yet, and they are already 4,000,000 times better! They have been very patient with me, and are empathetic to my traumatic experience with LSVW. Philippe (sp?) Has been so sweet, and I don't feel any pressure to buy now. I would recommend this dealership to everybody. No matter what kind of car you're in the market for. The only thing your dealership could do to make my experience better would be to either FIX the problems with my car without your stupid extended warranty at no additional cost to me, and include the extra set of keys that was promised to me, and never got, or buy this xxx back for the amount I owe without the audacity to even consider me buying from you EVER again! If I were running any business, especially a car business, I would hope to have happy AND SAFE customers. This was going to be my daughter's first car. I would never feel safe with her driving this car with all the wiring problems, and it only being 4 years old. Lesson learned!

So after I responded in a private email to "resolve my issues," I got no further message back. No attempt to actually fix my problems! The only response I got was on here, and probably to only try to make themselves look good! Waste of time!
