Horrible dealer would not recommend used Bought a used truck here, was listed with navigation and reverse sensors but does not have it. While doing paperwork they had the truck "cleaned up". What I left with was a truck with no gas and spray splattered marking everywhere. Like it was sprayed and never wiped. Also enjoyed the cabin full of smoke aroma that was never present while test driving. Also to make matters worse they were very unprofessional hot rodding in vehicles that I was looking at. Would not recommend to anybody. I also found out after getting my vehicle inspected at another dealer that the wheels were never balanced and that the front two rims were bent. I got a call from basically stating it passed there "inspection" and it was never there. Thanks for paying sucks to be you. Stay away from this xxxx dealer. More

Was chatting with him just sitting outside about my recent troubles with buying private party & he gave me alternatives vehicle choices to the specific Brand vehicle I was looking at. Overall great experience! No stress vehicle purchase. Highly recommended. Even after the sale is done I'm getting excellent service!!!! Top notch. Total waste of time. Nothing was what I was told it would B 9/6/17 Volkswagen Lee's Summit I took half a day off from work to go into this dealership to buy a car. Total waste of time. Nothing was what I was 9/6/17 Volkswagen Lee's Summit I took half a day off from work to go into this dealership to buy a car. Total waste of time. Nothing was what I was told it would be when I spoke with the sales people via phone and web-chat option on there website. The car I wanted to buy is listed on there website even today still as being for sale at $18,893, I was told by the salesman Cory that the car was for sale for $22,500. I was told they couldn't find this car either, even though it is on there website still today, the day after. I even emailed them the stock number of the car I wanted the day before I went so they could make sure they had it still, I was told they did, then.... At 0 % financing, which is what is all over their site, and I having a Volkswagen already that I haven't so much as been late making a payment on in the 3 years and having been told I had been approved for financing... $18,893, zero percent financing, 72 months... I was expecting a payment of $262 per month. I was told I was looking at a payment of $533 a months. Then the salesman kept trying to get me to due a lease because it would lower my payment closer to what I was expecting. Total waste of my time. This place is xxxxxxxx! This dealership is the absolute WORST!! First of all, the xxxxxxx sales manager (Roman, maybe?) was so patronizing and rude! He said he was going to k This dealership is the absolute WORST!! First of all, the xxxxxxx sales manager (Roman, maybe?) was so patronizing and rude! He said he was going to knock $3,000.00 off of the price to put my payments where I wanted them. He didn't. He brought me the sales paper, hoping I didn't know how to read or do basic math. He kept the price (which was $3,000.00 over fair market value!) the same, and just drew the payments out over 6 years. When I pointed it out, he tried to feed me a line of xxxxxxxx and convince me that I was looking at it wrong. He then added that I could get it at the price I wanted if I bought their extended warranty. well, whilst trying to sell me their $3,000.00 extended warranty, they told me that they don't make money off the sales of cars, but more so on parts. I asked if I would be spending a bunch of money replacing parts, and they said, "No. These are tanks!" So then, I said, "If they are tanks, why do I need the extended warranty?" I declined, and told them I'm not buying their extended warranty, and I still wanted the price at fair market value. After 4 hours, I finally left with the car at $500.00 over fair market value. The next xxxx day, the cup holders broke! Simple, right? No!! They said they cant fix it, because I didn't buy the extended warranty. When I asked how much to fix, $280.00!!! Then, 2 weeks later, the back passenger door opened by itself while driving down the highway! Wait... it gets better. I have to carry a box of fuses in my purse, because if my daughter plugs her phone charger in at the same time, blown fuse! Now, after changing the fuses 35 times, when I plug my phone in, it says it's getting half charge. And!!!! Now, the radio is changing stations on its own! Also, the tires on my car at the time of purchase were xxxxty, bald, Wal-mart tires! And, hubcaps,NOT WHEELS, keep falling off! I got a call from them to see how I liked my car, and when I just simply wanted the cup holders fixed, the guy on the phone's solution to my problem was to "come buy a 2017 model with working cup holders!!" This place is a joke! Their sales manager is a joke! Worst experience of my life!! More
