Maribelle, made sure I could get my car fixed under warranty if possible and was very friendly throughout the whole process. Danny did a great job checking me out after my service was done, and was able to answer in detail about how to help prevent carbon build up on my car. From now on I’ll only use Volkswagen of Kirkland to service my car or buy a new one! More
