I brought my car in twice for the same issue, was told to bring it back and let them know it was the same issue. I highlighted that over the phone while making the reservation, told the gentleman who took th bring it back and let them know it was the same issue. I highlighted that over the phone while making the reservation, told the gentleman who took the vehicle that i had been through this before. They told me they weren’t able to recreate the issue, and it happened again on my way home. So nothing was fixed. I also noticed that my phone cord was taken out of the vehicle. I called to ask if it was accidentally left out of the vehicle and was told that i could call and ask the lost and found... i didn’t lose it, it was taken. All in all, pretty frustrated with my eexperience this time around. I will say that i generally have a fantastic experience here, so I think this may just be situational. More

Mike is exceptional. There was a mix-up in the system that my part didn't come on time, but Mike tried his best to fix the mistake and got my car fixed within a reasonable time.
