This VW dealership goes above and beyond when it comes to their clients!!! My Jetta has a leaky tire, I’ve brought it in and they topped it off no problem or questions asked every time. Over the winter, I needed to refill my windshield fluid, once I opened the hood it wouldn’t lock closed. I brought the car in and they oiled it up for me and taught me how to do it myself so it doesn’t happen again! They didn’t make me feel like a dumb girl who doesn’t know what she’s doing, they took the time to show me properly and I was in and out in under 10 mins. I recently needed my headlights replaced, I brought in my Jetta and they replaced and cleaned both headlights under an hour on a busy day even though I did not have an appointment. The guys who work in service are so amazing. My experience each time has made me want to buy another VW car once the time comes just because these guys are so great. Love it here! More

We had initially brought our car in for the standard 51k service. We had specifically requested that the Add Blue be checked and topped off if needed. That was not done which required a return trip. After we got our car back, we noticed a dried white residue all over the inside of the trunk. a A few weeks later, we noticed The tires had not been rotated, even though the receipt indicted they had been. Again, another trip to the dealership to rectify the issue. Ultimately Bill Dolan made things right, but it requires a total of three trips for things that should have been handled in one trip More
