I needed keys programmed for my beetle and they were very prompt in doing it. Space is nice but I didn't see anywhere to get coffee. Dealership gave me a vehicle that had several issues. Only had the vehicle for two weeks had several issues with vehicle. Went to test drive vehicle seen that the tire needed air they put air in the tire Only had the vehicle for two weeks had several issues with vehicle. Went to test drive vehicle seen that the tire needed air they put air in the tire. Two days later needed more air, I put air in the tire, tire had a nail in it. Dealership patched the tire up, air went out again go to tire shop, they said the nail was in a place that should’nt been patched up but replaced. Asked dealership to accommodate me with a new tire being that when I test drove the car it already said it was a issue with the tire, they didn’t accommodate me just for me to be stranded on the side of the road because of my tire. Now I’m riding on a donut in my brand new truck. Air wasn’t working spent two days at the dealership to fix the air mind you I was on vacation, spent several days bringing vehicle back due to several issues. That was a horrible vacation I should be excited about my new vehicle but I’m not, now the headlight not working just a disaster More
The renovation turned out wonderful and the space is comfortable for someone like myself when I need to linger for a bit while I wait for my car to get serviced. Poor time management and customer service. I waited over 35 minutes to be seen for an oil change and was quoted two hours Upon my return, the vehicle had not even been seen yet. This is in the middle of the week and there was only two cars in front of me. Most importantly they want to charge nearly double for an oil change compared to other local VW dealers. More
