My service rep,Miguel, explained the annual maintenance for my 15 yr old car.I was called & informed VW needed to order a part & I gave my ok to keep the vehicle. The ervice rep explained the necessary mai for my 15 yr old car.I was called & informed VW needed to order a part & I gave my ok to keep the vehicle. I had this unusual problem with my car. Never happened in any car I owned since I got my drivers license and no one could point out a reason for the problem. At some point Bill Donan just stepped in and the any car I owned since I got my drivers license and no one could point out a reason for the problem. At some point Bill Donan just stepped in and the issue was resolved under warranty. Again, Bill Donan was there when necessary and took the decision to meet the customer needs. Felt rushed. Offered me a repair without inquiring whether or not car was under warranty (it is still under warranty). Was quoted full price for repairs. Didn't have time to call warranty company and whether or not car was under warranty (it is still under warranty). Was quoted full price for repairs.
