Mike is exceptional. There was a mix-up in the system that my part didn't come on time, but Mike tried his best to fix the mistake and got my car fixed within a reasonable time. I brought my car in twice for the same issue, was told to bring it back and let them know it was the same issue. I highlighted that over the phone while making the reservation, told the gentleman who took th bring it back and let them know it was the same issue. I highlighted that over the phone while making the reservation, told the gentleman who took the vehicle that i had been through this before. They told me they weren’t able to recreate the issue, and it happened again on my way home. So nothing was fixed. I also noticed that my phone cord was taken out of the vehicle. I called to ask if it was accidentally left out of the vehicle and was told that i could call and ask the lost and found... i didn’t lose it, it was taken. All in all, pretty frustrated with my eexperience this time around. I will say that i generally have a fantastic experience here, so I think this may just be situational. More

Engine light came on Saturday afternoon, drove it right to the VDC. Heberto called early Monday with the diagnosis (ignition coil blown), order the parts, did the repair early Tuesday (at reasonable cost) to the VDC. Problem not completely solved, but I think that is a Volkswagon issue, not the dealer issue. At one point, trying to get hold of service, I was transferred and hung up on, so I was not pleased with tha Volkswagon issue, not the dealer issue. At one point, trying to get hold of service, I was transferred and hung up on, so I was not pleased with that. However, overall Adam was professional and courteous. I also was not happy I received a solicitation call from VW of Downtown at a time when I was trying to get this service issue resolved. It added to the confusion, as I thought it was a service person calling me. More
