We had initially brought our car in for the standard 51k service. We had specifically requested that the Add Blue be checked and topped off if needed. That was not done which required a return trip. Again, another trip to the dealership to rectify the issue. Ultimately Bill Dolan made things right, but it requires a total of three trips for things that should have been handled in one trip More
