When The letter I received said it work take an hour, then I was quoted three and then it took five and half there is no way I would ever recommend coming here. I also don’t appreciate the near 10 phone calls I have received about this, the inability to fix any of the issues I actually had with the car and the incessant emails about doing this survey. Absolutely maddening. More

Mike Szafraniec was fantastic. He listened to what I wanted to have done to my car and laid out all the options that I had available to me because I had leased my VW from this dealer two years ago.
