Too crowded. Told to wait in the car. At the end had too drive the car through loading dock where tires were brought in while I had to go pass them. Almost impossible to maneuver. Polite people however. More

It seems like someone dud not read my comments but responded with a generic reply… I mentioned “ crowded”, “ difficult to exit due to unloading of tires right on the exit ramp”, .. I never mentioned leaving “ happy”. The people were polite and courteous , but there are definitely aspects that need improvement, such as the check- in and out process and the congestion in the service area. Thank you
