This dealership is very organized, and they listen to me to look into not only the problems that I called about, but also the new issues that I just remembered. They are horrible at communication and follow-up with customers. They aren’t very honest and like to give the run around. After being told that my car went through a thorough inspection, the next day I n customers. They aren’t very honest and like to give the run around. After being told that my car went through a thorough inspection, the next day I noticed issues. I brought it back to be serviced and waited 3.5 hrs so they could “diagnose” the problem, only to be told I would have to bring it back. I was told I would hear something back from the manager that week however it took for me to call almost two weeks later to get an update on my vehicle. I was told bring it back in so that they could fix one issue (because they got the parts in) and that they would have to “diagnose” the other issue (again) which I was told had already been done in the 3.5 hrs I waited the first time. Poor service. More

Service was started quickly. Arrived prior to my appointment and was accommodated right away. They also have a contract with Lyft to take you home or to another destination.
