Always impressed by the level of service - great communicators. And when they don't know answers, they'll ask the service technicians. Went in for an oil change and a few other small issues I had with the car, first time dealing with this dealership and it will most likely be my last. Miguel, my first service rep was a nightmare, never res had with the car, first time dealing with this dealership and it will most likely be my last. Miguel, my first service rep was a nightmare, never responded to me texts, calls, emails, it got so bad to the point where I had to physically go in and ask for another service rep. Which landed me on Mike S, I can’t say anything bad about the experience he gave me, always ontop of his game, even gave me his personal cell to make sure he can get back to me on his days off. When I took my car in the second time, my car was essentially used for personal use. I have the CarNet app which shows me where my car is, when a window is open, when the car turns on so I noticed it being turned on at 9pm. Looked at the location and noticed Multiple technicians taking my car home to “diagnose” the problem but the only thing that was diagnosed was 107 miles put on my car that didn’t need to be. My car was in the shop since Saturday, on Wednesday I go in to speak with the GM, Mike Z, he made my wife and I wait while he made coffee, got settled, spoke to other employees. Nice guy at first but very manipulative, turned everything around on us. We happened to find a vape in our car that was not ours, most likely one of the mechanics so we expressed our concerns and wanted to figure out a solution. He seemed on board, stated he would keep us updated (never did) which lead us to reaching out to him. When we reached out he started getting very defensive and not at all the same man that we sat down with the previous night. We mentioned that if he is unable to resolve our issue we would like to speak with someone higher, his boss Mario Murgado. Once that name was mentioned he cooled off a bit. All in all, the service has been horrible at this dealership aside from Mike S. Nothing was resolved, they are covering themselves by stating the vape was not theirs and offered to do a free detail on my vehicle. If you’re looking to get manipulated then feel free to go to this dealership otherwise I’d run in another direction. More
