Service representative was great. Service turn around time was acceptable. The waiting environment was not great. More waiting area and concession options would be nice. Didn’t appreciate the behavior of some of the sales staff; unprofessional and offensive. Also sales staff walking around eating lunch in front of customers waiting for their cars or for a sales associate is bad form. More
