I was scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 6 pm, when I got there I was told all service technicians leave at 5 pm and there’s no possible way to get one. If you are going to use an offshore or thir when I got there I was told all service technicians leave at 5 pm and there’s no possible way to get one. If you are going to use an offshore or third party company for scheduling at least make sure they communicate with the service department. The only reason for 3 stars instead of 1 because Mike at the service department was very nice and helpful and gave great service, he was the only reason I came back. Kudos to Mike but for the management that can’t fix the miscommunications with the scheduling— do better. More
