Normally easy drop off/pick up, but dealership is under renovation so arrival bay was jammed & could not pull in for 10 minutes. Service was supposed to have been done. Car was also brought in because it died, service said it was due to battery issue but we never saw a warning light for low battery. Now I have to take car back in because since picking it up the automatic start stop has not worked. More

I will never go there again. Worst service ever. They never return calls and bassically they told me “it is what it is”. It took them almost 3 weeks and what i believe were lies Worst service ever. But suddenly when i left a energetic voicemail to the manager representative they magically found the part my car needed. I was under warranty, so im assuming thats the reason they figure they could make me wait that much. They never returned calls, and at one point i tried talking with a different representative. Its just a clown show. Never again , ill just take my car to another volkswagen dealer! More

Well what can I say about the service department that will be deemed appropriate firstly my service associate Adam Khamsot was absolutely amazing! He first told me how long he thought my car would be ser will be deemed appropriate firstly my service associate Adam Khamsot was absolutely amazing! He first told me how long he thought my car would be serviced and offered to RSVP me a rent a car (my warranty offered it) and in the days afterward he gave me a step by step on what needed to be ordered and what needed to be fixed and how long it would take and that’s a great quality to have in the customer service industry. I also want to add whoever trained Adam did an awesome job as well because I’ve come across a few people that wasn’t trained correctly and it showed in their customer service, so kudos to you Adam, and your team of technicians. My car is running perfectly fine now. More

Incredibly overpriced for basic maintenance services. Hard to believe the dealer has the customer’s best interest in mind. Does not make you feel like you are being helped.
