Upon picking up my vehicle after 3 months and after paying over $4,000 I noticed my Rockford Fosgate powered subwoofer was inoperable in rear with wet substance inside reported to Louise same day we ex paying over $4,000 I noticed my Rockford Fosgate powered subwoofer was inoperable in rear with wet substance inside reported to Louise same day we examined together and he denied responsibility was possible. After having bestbuy evaluate issue they to see if there was loose wire or something overlooked they told me that it was blown...HOW paid almost $500 for speaker had it less than a year never an issue until the Volkswagen repair. I called Louise told him I wanted to speak to manager and he requested I allow him to talk to him first and that he would call back with response... still not a word many weeks later. More

I brought my car in because I had a screw in the tire. I was told I needed to replace the tire, which was very expensive. I was not informed that the tire I needed was exclusively available through a VW d I was told I needed to replace the tire, which was very expensive. I was not informed that the tire I needed was exclusively available through a VW dealership and wasted my time going 3 other places trying to find the tire at a better price. At the third place they person helping me noticed the screw had not actually punctured the tire and was just wedged in the tread and the tire did not need replacing at all. More
