Mike tried to charge me 60 dollars more for the battery I needed after a rep quoted me a different price on the phone then proceeded to tell me that 'the minimum service charge for all maintenance at VW is 2 needed after a rep quoted me a different price on the phone then proceeded to tell me that 'the minimum service charge for all maintenance at VW is 230, on top of the battery' which is absolute horse xxxx because I just left a car overnight a month ago to get a headlight replaced for like 150 out the door. Mike thought he had me in a bind with a car that wouldn't start in his service lobby and tried to take advantage of me. I went to autozone and bought the battery and had it installed for 175 instead of 500 plus that it would've costed with you. I'll be buying my Volkswagen atlas and doing future maintenance at another location because of this, on pure principle. More
