Excellent service and readily available inventory Discovered air bubble in tire while in Wisconsin (most likely from the dirt roads in UP MI during road trip), called two other VW dealerships in WI an Discovered air bubble in tire while in Wisconsin (most likely from the dirt roads in UP MI during road trip), called two other VW dealerships in WI and 4 none VW tire dealers, none had the right tire size in stock for my VW 2017 Alltrack (forget the brand of tire, apparently the tire size for these vehicles is rarely used and not often stocked because they're new and not many need tires for them). To our luck this dealership had the tires in stock, changed the tire, even provided discount (in lieu of a Lyft ride that wasn't worked that day) and washed car inside and out way before out scheduled time to pick up. Thanks to them, our road trip plans stayed on track. More

(The inspection uncovered no issues.) However, Luis did have a problem rectified with a misalignment at the front left side that resulted from someone hitting the opposite side in a parking lot. This saved me the cost of a body shop. I appreciate his customer focus greatly! More

Complete A/C service I was traveling from New York and initially took my vehicle to Northtown VW in Buffalo NY. They had my vehicle for a whole week and kept saying they did not have the proper tool to fix the vehicle? So I just to them to put my vehicle back with the A/C still not functioning and took my trip to Chicago for a conference. I arrived in Chicago and VW of downtown Chicago get me right in fixed the vehicle in two day and supplied me with a loaner as so not to inconvenience me! These guys are truly AMAZING! More
