Outstanding Service - Not Going Elsewhere! This was my first time visiting this location with no expectations. I had visited other dealerships before so I went in hoping for the best and expect This was my first time visiting this location with no expectations. I had visited other dealerships before so I went in hoping for the best and expecting the worst. But this visit was quite different. I was assigned to Justin who handled the process seamlessly from beginning to end. He explained what was going to happen, in a clear, precise and polite manner. He guided me to the lounge area, answered all my questions and kept me informed of the status as I waited - mind you, he did this as there were hundreds of cars that day. I was shocked at how welcoming and kind everyone was and how Justin's customer service skills went above and beyond by explaining things to someone as car-illiterate as I am, as well as ensuring the other parts of my car were fine (and a car wash?!). Awesome job, Downtown VW! You've won over this customer! More

11/15/19 Hi - Adam was super helpful while I was waiting for my vehicle. However, from what I can assume was out of his control my oil change took more than 2 Hi - Adam was super helpful while I was waiting for my vehicle. However, from what I can assume was out of his control my oil change took more than 2 hours and I did not receive the typical complimentary car wash or have my summer mats changed out to winter (as I requested).
