They take care of me immediately, offer me a loaner; stay in touch via text, and fix my car promptly. And wash it as well. I have observed the same treatment of every customer, so I don’t think I’m special 🙁. I am determined to keep my car as long as I can; but when I need a new one, I will buy another VW so this dealership can service it. More

Evalauted the problems and scheduled repair. The entrance is quite tricky - you have to make a sharp turn in and out and it is crowded with cars but they have some employees directing customers. When big problems were found, they offered a loaner car. Only issue I had was they initially advised of a problem that I had fixed previously, still under warranty. I had to tell them that I had this done recently. They really should have known that. I could easily have forgotten that. I was also somewhat shocked by the stimate for rear shocks for the car, over $1,200. I declined that as I want to get a comparative estimate first. Communications by text were good and they kept me reasonably informed of what was going on and when I would get the car back.. Overall, a reasonably good experience and I did not have to pay too much out of pocket. More
