Service department VW of Downtown Chi-highly recommended!!! I brought my car in to be serviced due to a recall, my service adviser, Lillian Juarez, was top notch. My car was washed before given back. A week lat I brought my car in to be serviced due to a recall, my service adviser, Lillian Juarez, was top notch. My car was washed before given back. A week later I noticed oil leaking after two oil changes that took place at a neighborhood service shop that almost killed my engine. I proceeded to call Lillian and discussed my concerns. She was very knowledgeable and put me at ease during the entire process and kept me updated throughout the course of the service. To top it off, they were nice enough to not charge me for work that has been done. I am very satisfied with service and my service adviser, Lillian. Highly recommend this facility, always felt so re-assured and educated on the vehicle. More
