Luis did not return my calls nor confirm the vehicle was ready for pick up. After a week, I needed the car so I showed up at the dealership to pick up the car. When I picked up the car, I was not provided with any paperwork on the warranty repairs that were completed nor any work that they completed. I have reached out to Luis several times since picking up the car and he has not returned my calls or answered my voicemails. When I picked up the car, my white interior had grease stains all over the seat, door, center console, windshield, and steering wheel. To date, I have no idea what they did and whether they are still working on getting the backordered parts. Awful experience. More
