There was little to no communication about the factory recall repair I brought my car in for. I reached out 4 or 5 times over the course of a 36 hour period and left messages with the call center, never r recall repair I brought my car in for. At 11:30 am he told me he was on the phone with my warranty provider about my coverage and at end of day when I spoke to him to inquire about the status of the warranty repair he told me he had just gotten off the phone with them, which means that one or the other wasn't true. He also told me that the dealership would perform a good will replacement on the console around the stick shift because I explained that the finish was peeling off and was razor sharp. My wife and I have cut ourselves multiple times on it. He then rescinded this offer and tried to quote me for the repair that he said would be complimentary More
