My store is one of the very few that is signed up for 3 free VW services. No store was able to elect to do more than this so we will be your very best option for complimentary included services with your purchase. James Hooker, I’m sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding these issues. I’d like to invite you to review the call where we discussed the cost, as I did inform you of the amount, and it aligns with what you were actually charged. I also made every effort to secure goodwill coverage for a repair on a vehicle that has minimal maintenance history within the VW network. Regarding the 3% processing fee, I understand how frustrating these additional costs can be, but unfortunately, it has become a standard practice across many businesses. I sincerely wish I could have done more, but I do hope you find the $1,400 in goodwill savings to be a meaningful benefit.
