Extremely disappointed and unprofessional practice at Fletcher Jones VW in Chicago. Saw a VW Jetta on their website and talk to a sales rep named Finn for numerous times to make sure the car is present, Fletcher Jones VW in Chicago. We reached their, and these folks have no idea which cars are present or not,, they simply told us it was not available. Never a call given to us and simply the sales rep said he was not aware of that car being sold. And since Finn was not around after some time another rep was showing us what was available and we chose one jetta, The manager who promised to do anything he can (because of our situation) did not willing to go down a penny from the sticker price of the car (as you many know sticker prices are always overpriced). We drove to FJ from DeKalb, IL and were very upset, came back to Autobarn, VW at countryside got a great deal and purchased a similar Jetta. Never expected Fletcher Jones to be that lousy and unprofessional. If you go there make sure they have what they claim, for the price you interested and put a refundable deposit. More

I actually live only a couple of miles from a competing VW dealer in Chicagoland, but Fletcher Jones will have my business from now on. Not only did I get an absolutely great price on my 2011 Golf TDI, bu VW dealer in Chicagoland, but Fletcher Jones will have my business from now on. Not only did I get an absolutely great price on my 2011 Golf TDI, but they were just so easy to deal with, and ordering a car was a breeze. My brother was equally satisfied with his CC purchase (he referred me to them). So much so, that we are directing my father in to them to trade his Prius for a TDI. I haven't serviced my car there yet, but it's only a few miles from where I work, so I think it will be worth it. They definitely make you feel special, that you've bought a much more exclusive car than you actually have. More

I recently sold a 2003 Infiniti FX35 to FJ. As of now 2 weeks, I still have not been paid for this car. I do not expect to have my money for another 2 weeks. I have visited the dealership now 5 times to weeks, I still have not been paid for this car. I do not expect to have my money for another 2 weeks. I have visited the dealership now 5 times to resolve the issues. I have been repetitively passed between "managers" and been promised immediate resolution each time. I find this dealership to have a chronic problem with accountability and failing to meet commitments. More
