I only moved to the US 2 months ago. I contacted VW for a new vehicle and was very pleased to have been assigned Raphael. He worked thoroughly and timely on getting me my ideal vehicle and had it approved much sooner than I expected. Furthermore, he made the whole process as simple as possible. Volkswagen themselves also should be commended for making the process much easier and simpler than BMW, which I had also considered initially. VW and Raphael in particular swayed me very quickly to choose a VW over a BMW. And I'm glad I did. I couldn't be happier with my Touareg, it's an incredible vehicle. More

While at other dealerships, I felt like the sales staff weren't listening so much just planning their next sales pitch move while I was talking; on the contrary, Doug was incredibly sincere. I knew I liked the Tiguan and it was confirmed very quickly with the help of Doug’s knowledge of the product. In my haste to get a very low car payment, I had convinced myself that I wanted the S model (which is the base one). Though walking me through the SE's features, he was able to convince me to get the middle model--not through aggressive pressure but by his knowledge of the car. He was right--I am extremely glad I did. I didn't have to do much (if any) negotiating as I felt the price offered was incredibly fair and what I expected. I had another older car to trade in as well (long story). Doug actually came to my condo to pick it up to help with the logistics of the additional trade-in. He gave me a 15 minute tutorial on the Tiguan before I drove off the dealership lot. While I like to think I am a smart guy, the little nuisances he showed me have already been used several times. We initially got a better deal from another dealership and he even identified what they were not disclosing to us that would eventually bump up their price and he was exactly right. This is the tactic that a lot of dealers use to get you into their dealership with an initial price that's too good to be true. I can't speak for all of Fletcher-Jones but I felt really comfortable with Finn -- I knew that he was giving the most competitive price he could and there was nothing hidden or sneaky waiting around the corner. I would absolutely recommend him to my friends and relatives, and anyone else. More

I wasn't planning on going into the dealership until I did some more research on other car companies, but after talking to Doug, I decided to go straight to their dealership. When I got there, I was welcomed by Doug and told him what type of car that I was looking for and exactly what price range I was willing to spend. He was incredibly hospitable. I was very impressed by how informative he was about each car and each of its functions. I also met a few other associates and they were just as friendly. I ended up starting up the paper work and got the car the next morning. It was amazing! I am so happy with my new Jetta and I am thrilled to have purchased it from as great of a company as Fletcher Jones Volkswagen! More

Upon arrival, it was easy to find the free parking and the garage did not hesitate to valet our car when we informed we were shopping. We loved working with Jessica's authenticity right away. She was friendly and informative. She was eager to show off the car, and provided most if not all the pros of a Jetta. She was representing the car and the dealership very well by giving us room to feel comfortable with the dealership. We took a test drive that went well. Then we discussed inventory. She took us to a goose island garage to seek a car on record that apparently did not exist. This was the only wrinkle in our experience because we ended up haggling over a non- existent vehicle. However, we were pleased about the substitute car, and the final deal. So we bought it. We know Jessica is new to this, but she Is great! John was accommodating, friendly and kind but we were annoyed w the limitations of the offer of 1.9% financing. We kept people at the dealership late, yet they were all patient and professional. More
