He worked with the used car person, Jeff I believe, to get me a good deal, and they took less on a trade in to meet my car payment target. Not only did I get an absolutely great price on my 2011 Golf TDI, bu VW dealer in Chicagoland, but Fletcher Jones will have my business from now on. My brother was equally satisfied with his CC purchase (he referred me to them). So much so, that we are directing my father in to them to trade his Prius for a TDI. I haven't serviced my car there yet, but it's only a few miles from where I work, so I think it will be worth it. I recently sold a 2003 Infiniti FX35 to FJ. As of now 2 weeks, I still have not been paid for this car. I do not expect to have my money for another 2 weeks. I have visited the dealership now 5 times to weeks, I still have not been paid for this car. I do not expect to have my money for another 2 weeks. I have visited the dealership now 5 times to resolve the issues. I have been repetitively passed between "managers" and been promised immediate resolution each time. I find this dealership to have a chronic problem with accountability and failing to meet commitments. More
