We initially got a better deal from another dealership and he even identified what they were not disclosing to us that would eventually bump up their price and he was exactly right. This is the tactic that a lot of dealers use to get you into their dealership with an initial price that's too good to be true. I can't speak for all of Fletcher-Jones but I felt really comfortable with Finn -- I knew that he was giving the most competitive price he could and there was nothing hidden or sneaky waiting around the corner. I would absolutely recommend him to my friends and relatives, and anyone else. More

I wasn't planning on going into the dealership until I did some more research on other car companies, but after talking to Doug, I decided to go straight to their dealership. When I got there, I was welcomed by Doug and told him what type of car that I was looking for and exactly what price range I was willing to spend. He was incredibly hospitable. I was very impressed by how informative he was about each car and each of its functions. I also met a few other associates and they were just as friendly. I ended up starting up the paper work and got the car the next morning. It was amazing! I am so happy with my new Jetta and I am thrilled to have purchased it from as great of a company as Fletcher Jones Volkswagen! More

Upon arrival, it was easy to find the free parking and the garage did not hesitate to valet our car when we informed we were shopping. We loved working with Jessica's authenticity right away. She was friendly and informative. She was eager to show off the car, and provided most if not all the pros of a Jetta. She was representing the car and the dealership very well by giving us room to feel comfortable with the dealership. We took a test drive that went well. Then we discussed inventory. She took us to a goose island garage to seek a car on record that apparently did not exist. This was the only wrinkle in our experience because we ended up haggling over a non- existent vehicle. However, we were pleased about the substitute car, and the final deal. So we bought it. We know Jessica is new to this, but she Is great! John was accommodating, friendly and kind but we were annoyed w the limitations of the offer of 1.9% financing. We kept people at the dealership late, yet they were all patient and professional. Extremely disappointed and unprofessional practice at Fletcher Jones VW in Chicago. Saw a VW Jetta on their website and talk to a sales rep named Finn for numerous times to make sure the car is present, Fletcher Jones VW in Chicago. We reached their, and these folks have no idea which cars are present or not,, they simply told us it was not available. Never a call given to us and simply the sales rep said he was not aware of that car being sold. And since Finn was not around after some time another rep was showing us what was available and we chose one jetta, The manager who promised to do anything he can (because of our situation) did not willing to go down a penny from the sticker price of the car (as you many know sticker prices are always overpriced). We drove to FJ from DeKalb, IL and were very upset, came back to Autobarn, VW at countryside got a great deal and purchased a similar Jetta. Never expected Fletcher Jones to be that lousy and unprofessional. If you go there make sure they have what they claim, for the price you interested and put a refundable deposit. More

I finally made a decision this month to do a trade in and called David back as he had been helpful and he was again. He worked with the used car person, Jeff I believe, to get me a good deal, and they took less on a trade in to meet my car payment target. The finance person (his card is downstairs), who is the main one there I think, helped me get the financing done. The three people were very nice and helpful! More

Not only did I get an absolutely great price on my 2011 Golf TDI, bu VW dealer in Chicagoland, but Fletcher Jones will have my business from now on. Not only did I get an absolutely great price on my 2011 Golf TDI, but they were just so easy to deal with, and ordering a car was a breeze. My brother was equally satisfied with his CC purchase (he referred me to them). So much so, that we are directing my father in to them to trade his Prius for a TDI. I haven't serviced my car there yet, but it's only a few miles from where I work, so I think it will be worth it. They definitely make you feel special, that you've bought a much more exclusive car than you actually have. More
