I came to Fletcher Jones in need of a new and affordable car but knew nothing about VW. Olzi was extremely thorough going through all the different Jetta models and answering my many questions to ensure I got the exact one that fit my needs. From start to finish I felt comfortable with no pressure while making my decision. I absolutely love my new Jetta Sport and feel very safe in it, which was big for me. I love the car play feature as well!! If anyone needs a new car I would definitely recommend Olzi at Fletcher Jones VW!!The best part was at the end Olzi went through all the features in my new car again to ensure I knew how everything worked. He definitely went above and beyond! I can't forget to mention Mario from finance. He wrapped everything up in a breeze and took a lot less time than I anticipated without feeling rushed. More

Professional and Courteous I was in Chicago for Halloween, and my daughters engine oil light went on (she was due for an oil change, but forgot) So I googled a VW dealership and I was in Chicago for Halloween, and my daughters engine oil light went on (she was due for an oil change, but forgot) So I googled a VW dealership and found FJ VW. I scheduled a 2pm appointment on a Saturday. I arrived for appt. Mr. Lopez immediately got things going and had me shuttled to the Water Tower Shops while the Jetta was being serviced. The entire staff, including the shuttle driver were very courteous and personal. My daughters Jetta was serviced and washed. Perfect. More

They cleaned the car before I got the car back as well which saved me a trip to the car wash. Truly fast, courteous and efficient service. During the test drive of our GTI, he was extremely informative and knew the car inside & out. Ruben offered several different options for models and pricing and really seemed to care about getting the right one for us. Jason, the finance guy, made sure we got the best deal and approval. It was probably the best new car buying experience I've ever had. More
