The staff was very accommodating and helpful, and answered all of my questions in a timely manner, and in more detail than any other dealership I shopped at. I recently sold a 2003 Infiniti FX35 to FJ. As of now 2 weeks, I still have not been paid for this car. I do not expect to have my money for another 2 weeks. I have visited the dealership now 5 times to weeks, I still have not been paid for this car. I do not expect to have my money for another 2 weeks. I have visited the dealership now 5 times to resolve the issues. I have been repetitively passed between "managers" and been promised immediate resolution each time. I find this dealership to have a chronic problem with accountability and failing to meet commitments. More
