am I invisible I visited Fletcher Jones Volkswagen yesterday afternoon with my husband, When we entered there was no one manning the reception desk, so we strolled I visited Fletcher Jones Volkswagen yesterday afternoon with my husband, When we entered there was no one manning the reception desk, so we strolled on to the showroom floor, We examined the Tiguan and the Atlas We got in the front seats and the back We walked all around the showroom, We saw people who appeared to be salesmen and women sitting at desks, no one interacted with us. We decided to give them three more minutes before exiting Three minutes passed and no one acknowledged us We left and went 30 miles away to Jennings VW, where we purchased a 2018 Tiguan. More

They are honest and won't waste your time. You never worry about them ripping you off and in fact, they do the little things gratis which is greatly appreciated. Fantastic car buying experience with Jovanny and all I had requested information about a golf gti I had seen online and Jovanny called me right away to schedule a test drive. When I got there the car was I had requested information about a golf gti I had seen online and Jovanny called me right away to schedule a test drive. When I got there the car was ready and we were off. Jovanny was very informative and was great to chat with. Once we got to the dealership there was never any pressure on me to make a purchase that day which is rare of most dealers. Once I decided to purchase the team made every effort to make my wait pleasant. Dexter took over for Jovanny and the lady processing everything, Reluca I believe, was super nice and organized. Fantastic experience that I hope will continue on my first service appointment! More
