Disappointing at best I walked into this dealership planning to buy a car, but had to hold myself back from walking out multiple times. I had scheduled a meeting with what I walked into this dealership planning to buy a car, but had to hold myself back from walking out multiple times. I had scheduled a meeting with what I thought was a salesperson a few days in advance of my visit. I mentioned that I was interested in the 2019 Tiguan SEL 4 Motion and with specific color and interior and that I would like to test drive during my visit. I showed up at the dealership 5 min before my scheduled appointment and the individual I had been exchanging messages with showed up 5 min late. I had been promised “VIP treatment” since I was so sure about my upcoming purchase, but I sat around in the waiting area for 30 min after my brief intro. I was then passed off to an admittedly unprepared salesperson that had no background in my wants or needs for the vehicle. The vehicle that the dealership had lined up for me to test drive was the wrong model, color, and interior. When it came time to negotiate price, I spent a total of 5 minutes discussing the price and more than 45 minutes waiting for the sales rep to “review with his manager”. I considered walking out several times as I did not feel like a priority even though my sale was practically a guarantee. Very disappointing experience More

I think they should of given me other options as to other vehicles as well instead of pushing for a vehicle that i think has to many problems.
