The only reason for it not being an "excellent" rating is due to the extra time it took to negotiate the final price -- having used the Alliant Car Buying Service (TrueCar based). Based on the listing for the car I desired being advertised as Certified Pre-Owned, but finding out at the dealer it isn't included in the price, it took a while to negotiate the out the door price I had understood it would be. Still, Chris, my sales agent, and Rich, the manager, worked with me in a patient, respectable, professional manner to close the deal. I never felt pressured to purchase "add-ons" and the finance rep understood the loan pre-approval I had from my credit union couldn't be beat. So, I Do recommend those looking for a new or used VW to check out this dealership - and ask for Chris! More

Each of the associates I worked with (most recently Miguel) have been very easy to work with. Also Bill Dolan, the service manager has done an excellent job of re-establishing trust with us after a couple of early breakdowns with this new model. I feel Bill and his team have treated us fairly, and really do work hard to maintain great customer relationships. Would definitely recommend this dealership. More
