Above and Beyond I made an appointment to come in. I planned to buy a car that day if possible. Of course, the car I wanted (in my preferred color) was not in their I made an appointment to come in. Not only did they find my very particular car color, trim and features, but they managed to get it to the dealership that day and I drove home in my beautiful new car.
