Great Service Center, terrible sales and sales manager Bill, the service manager, was great to work with. He’s very carrying and polite and was focused on making our experience to Volkswangen’s standards. Bill, the service manager, was great to work with. He’s very carrying and polite and was focused on making our experience to Volkswangen’s standards. We’ve been a VW family for over 30 years and enjoy the vehicles they offer. On the flip side of that, our sales experience was the worst that we’ve received in some time. The sale of a car that has pervious damage was sold to us with out disclosure of the repairs. Unfortunately, the repairs were not done to new car standards and required additional work. We didn’t come to this dealer to be taken and at this point, we’ll never purchase a vehicle from them again. It’s too bad as this dealer is close to our home and is very convenient. Unless something is done, our minds will not be changed and we’ll be sure to steer any of our friends or acquaintances away. More

Outstanding Service Department, Team and Manager! This place is always busy and my service guy for the past 2 years has been Adam Khamsot. He always greets me with a smile and a handshake. Significant wait and car had bad battery I was made to wait for a significant amount of time and was at the dealership for over 3.5 hours when I went in knowing which car I wanted. The salesperson took another client while I was signing my paperwork and made me wait for nearly 45 minutes. Additionally, the car had a faulty battery from the start that died 3 days later and was neither checked nor disclosed upon sale. The only thing I was really happy with was the financing and closing discussion with the finance manager, Mark. He was very helpful and accommodating and I was thankful for his help. More

My time there was valued and the sales associate Anthony Bermeo was helpful, thorough and fair when it came time for me to decide on my new vehicle. I purchased a 2019 VW Jetta SEL Premium and was able to get a price for that trim which was reasonable and without feeling that I compromised my own budget. The finance people were not pushy with the extras and I purchased the wheel and tire coverage based upon my driving habits and road conditions in and around the city. I will likely be bringing this vehicle back in for regular maintenance to this convenient centrally located facility. More
