I like the service technicians. However, I have some additional questions about my vehicle. First, I was informed that the almost $400 battery that I purchased has a five year warranty. Should I have re additional questions about my vehicle. First, I was informed that the almost $400 battery that I purchased has a five year warranty. Should I have received something indicating this? Second, I emailed Miguel to inform him that sometimes I receive errant false readings from my dashboard indicator. For example, I had just came to DTVW to have the battery in my remote changed. However, afterward I started receiving a message that I needed to change the remote battery? If there is a problem with the dash indicators, I would like to confirm this before the car is no longer under warranty. Third, I had the brake fluid changed given that the pedal feels a little low. I was informed that changing the brake fluid was one way to address the problem. Please advise how frequent this should be done? Finally, I already had left a message for Miguel before seeing this review. I have some additional questions regarding my vehicle. However, I have not received a follow up to my call as of this review. I would appreciate a return call. More

I found the waiting area very clean and wifi very strong. Good when you are waiting 2.5 hours for your car to be serviced. I'd recommend for the convenience of the location downtown Chicago. However, I requested some coupons to be applied and I was not given the best coupons they could offer.
