Mr Breed, While do understand your frustration, I do not understand while you are upset with us. Your vehicle had a warranty issue. The parts were on back order. When the parts came in we completed the repairs and those repairs were not related to a battery issue. Your vehicle has 70,000 miles on it and Kia will not warranty a battery with that many miles. Your battery came with a 3 year or 36k mile warranty from the factory. We did offer free labor to install the battery but we did not feel we should have to pay for a battery on your vehicle that is not covered under factory warranty.
