Went in for a state inspection and they were so kind, especially Crystal! It was my first time by myself since my dad moved away and they were quick and made it easy. I felt like cattle being pushed through the slaughter line. The place was awfully outdated and each person we dealt with didn't even care to get to know us. They cared more about getting people in and ou line. The place was awfully outdated and each person we dealt with didn't even care to get to know us. They cared more about getting people in and out to build sales and not relationships with their customers. From the sales person to the finance person who cared more about being on their phone than to even have a conversation with us while signing and giving the down payment. I honestly won't go back to that VW dealership. I'll find another one where I'm at least respected like many are but not thus place. More
