Giving a “5” rating for service advisor Tawni Jade as far as customer service when at the dealership but there is a DEFINITE problem when trying to contact the dealership by phone. Got put on hold several as customer service when at the dealership but there is a DEFINITE problem when trying to contact the dealership by phone. Got put on hold several times and finally hung up because no one picks up. Very frustrating to not be able to speak to someone when have questions. Even though this is the closest dealership to our home will definitely think long and hard about purchasing another vehicle from dealership that has such lousy telephone etiquette. More

Crystal went the extra distance to review previous work invoices to find battery and see that it was still Under warranty. Got the 110,000 mile maintenance done.
