Was very missed informed about the service i would receive after the purchase of the vehicle. I never got a call back from Bryan Sanders, after i explained in detail the situation that i had gone th receive after the purchase of the vehicle. I never got a call back from Bryan Sanders, after i explained in detail the situation that i had gone through, twice already. He reassure me he would talk to the general manager and would get back to me, I’m still waiting on a call back. We have unfortunately bought two cars here and needless to say, will never buy again, nor do I recommend. More

Buy from Roselyn. She helped me with everything with my three boys and made a very peculiar trade-in situation as easy as the given situation could be. She helped me with everything with my three boys and made a very peculiar trade-in situation as easy as the given situation could be. More
Everyone was super nice and helpful. It’s the best buying experience I’ve ever had. I had questions after my purchase and I received a quick response! This is my second car and second Volkswagen. I purchased my first at Volkswagen Dominion and had a very unfortunate experience of them always trying to charge me for services/repairs even though I purchased my first at Volkswagen Dominion and had a very unfortunate experience of them always trying to charge me for services/repairs even though I had a warranty but they claimed they “missed it”. My second Volkswagen was purchased at Ancira and had a terrible experience with my first service rep who gaslit me when my car (at around 10k miles) would not accelerate and started to shake. I pulled over immediately and the dash was lit up with warnings. The car was towed to the dealership and after inspecting the car told me that they could not find anything wrong and the car had no history for any of the dash warnings coming on. I was so confused as to how that was possible and they proceeded to ask me if I had run out of gas or asked me if I had taken it somewhere before and they cleared the dash warning history after I had already told them no to these questions before. I ended up getting a new service rep that has been so helpful, responsive, informative… etc. and my experience drastically improved. My check engine light came on recently at 23k miles and I could not get a service appointment at Volkswagen Ancira so called Volkswagen Alamo Heights and they were able to get me in that day. I was blown away by the kindness of the staff and left incredibly happy having told the VW driver how happy and about the bad experiences I have had before. Well! I was told I needed to get my rear brake pads replaced and it would cost me $609 dollars. I was shocked that they would already need to be replaced after 2 years and 23k miles and I asked about my warranty and was told I missed the 2 year rear break warranty by a couple of weeks. I proceeded to ask about allll the other additional warranties I had purchased and was told again that none of them would cover it. I again stressed that I didn’t understand how my additional warranties did not cover it and was told they checked again and NOPE! I was so shocked I called my SR at VW Dominion and explained my issue and he proceeded to tell me that I did in fact have coverage that would cover the cost on this repair. I asked how he could see that and they could not and he said it is clear looking at my vehicle profile that I had term protection and they have the same visibility to that info. I was so shocked! I called my SR at VW Alamo Heights and left a voicemail explaining what I was told. I received a text saying “sorry I missed that” and they would proceed with the claim. As someone who knows nothing about cars, service etc… I have felt multiple times that I have been taken advantage of by VW. I will not be purchasing another VW for several reasons and the top is that I have never been able to receive consistent helpful service. I have had a slew of issues with my first VW and now with my second as well. I am terribly frustrated and disappointed that this has happened to me once again and luckily I was able to catch it. Had I not called my SR I would never have known and would have paid the $609 or taken it to another shop to get it repaired. More
