I am a serious buyer and have been in the market for a specific car for about a month! I found a used car I wanted, asked about it and told them I’m going to buy the car this Saturday since I live in Houston. They wouldn’t accept a deposit, but wanted the full amount for the car in order to hold it for 2 days. Ridiculous. But told me I can call back the today Friday to give a deposit and they would hold the car for me for 24 hours. Yesterday Thursday went to my bank got approved for the loan, was good to go. This Friday morning called this dealer and put a deposit down. Told them I would be driving this morning (Friday) to get the car. Just as we are about to leave I call to confirm it’s still there and they’re telling me that someone else is there to buy it. So I talk to the new car manager (I don’t know why!) and he explains that they don’t take deposits on a Friday & Saturday - even though they took mine and I was about to leave to get it. This was never communicated to us, and they said the deposit would hold for 24 hours when we put it down. We made an agreement with the used car manager that he would hold the car for us. I guess he disappeared. The new car manager I assume said the deposit would have held if I was on the way which sounded like bs, I basically was on the way! Said I missed the car by 1 hour. His tone was condescending! Changed my work schedule to get this car and I was going to buy it for the full price and had my bank approval in my email! Will never buy a car from this dealer. They are liars and waste your time! I will go do business elsewhere with my excellent credit and fat bank account! More

Would have like to leave not 1 but 0 Stars! ! Our 2015 Tiguan was taken in to the service department on August 26, 2022. For a service inspection to be performed because vehicle lacked power ! Our 2015 Tiguan was taken in to the service department on August 26, 2022. For a service inspection to be performed because vehicle lacked power during acceleration. Our AC was working perfectly. A replacement on the turbo outlet hose clip was suggested by the technician and we agreed to it, as well with a coolant flush, after having to wait a lot longer than the original pick up date, we got a call from the VW technician saying that after the repairs they found the ribbed belt tensioner was worn out and suggested to replace it which we agreed. Pay over $1600 picked the vehicle up on September 9th, just to find out that our AC wasn't working at all. We called right away and due to it was so close to closing hours didn't get to talk to anyone. The following day we called and after calling several times and having no luck on contacting someone who could help us, tried a different department and making a complaint and finally get the Service Manager David Cerna to call us back, he literally told me and is recorded on that call, before checking our car that the problem with the AC could very likely be due to my car being old. Of course no body like to be judged or mistreated specially if they haven't make sure completly that it was not related to something they did. Today after my husband looked under the car and saw that 2 electrical connections were disconnected from the AC compressor, and that the cap for the low pressure AC line was missing, he headed straight to the dealership while I called to make them aware of the situation and it is recorded in their system. This same person David Cerna, told us that they didn't have to move the motor or disconect anything to fix what they fixed, when we asked him if he was able to give us that statement by written form he refused, he also suggested us to take our busses somewhere else, he said that the best he could do was to take a look, listen, take a look on the car on Monday, and after inspectioning the car they could give us a quote for the repairs or in case it was an error they did, fix it, but not until Monday or Tuesday. I completely doubt that this is the best that a Service Manager can do for a client that has to deal with a problem that is there now because of a mistake his mechanics made. We have two kids under 6, that we have to move around in Texas weather, and we suppose to leave our vehicle in the shop again, for an undetermined number of days so they can have a chance to make it right this time, I wont trust our car or spend my money and time with them again. They didn't want to take a look on the car while my husband was there to show them the connections that were loose and the missing cap, who can guarantee that they wont try to cover themselves and try to charge us again? This is just the worst service possible, Mr. David Cerna invited me and not in a corteous way to leave a review and to say to all of you that are also looking for a good place to take your cars to get fix the same way we were expecting from this place, so I can tell from my experience with Volkswagen Service D epartment and manager David Cerna, that IT WAS THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE WE HAD HAVE, THEY CAN BE RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, DISCRIMINATIVE and based on all the recent reviews in this plataform we are not the only ones that think so. They have a huge billboard out there in big letter saying: We make it easy for you!!, that is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. More
The personal service from agent was great ! But all the rest of the work was crap !!! Car was left “very”dirty inside !! Seat adjustments and mirrors “all” moved Car wash and vacuum- “no” vacuum performed if they did vacuum was clean n “blow dirt” and cat wash yes car was wet and only top layer of “dust” removed … now worried about quality of engine service …. But if they would have charged what original full bill cost of $225 would be calling and filing complaint with BBB, luckily I had car birthday coupon for $79.95 and that’s the quality of the of work … was very very surprised with how dirty car was left inside … More
