I had a recall service and asked for a shuttle ride which was accepted over the phone. I got to my appointment and in the shuttle and when I say where I need to go the stutter driver told me they don’t drive was accepted over the phone. I understand the policy but it would have been nice to know over the phone so I wasn’t stranded at the dealership without food/water (I have specific dietary restrictions).
