I’m extremely disappointed with my service experience at this Volkswagen location, and unfortunately, this is my second negative review I have had to leave. I took my car in on Saturday because it rattles w this Volkswagen location, and unfortunately, this is my second negative review I have had to leave. I took my car in on Saturday because it rattles when I turn right or brake. They “test drove” my car and claimed there was nothing wrong, suggesting it’s just the wind. I know for a fact that’s not the issue, as it’s been making noises for a week and hasn’t been windy until yesterday. The moment I drove off the lot, the rattle was still there. It’s funny how this started after I had my oil change and inspection last weekend. I’ve been a loyal Volkswagen customer for 15 years, but this location has been the worst by far. The customer service stuff always looks all stressed out. I understand if they are, but they need to undergo training so it doesn’t show on their faces. I do not recommend it. If anything happens to car because of this issue, I expect Volkswagen to cover the cost since I took it in promptly to have it checked out before it became a bigger problem. More
