Was quoted 48 hour window to have vehicle diagnosed. No contact from dealership for four days before I was able to speak with someone about the issues. (They still hadn’t even looked at my vehicle yet). No contact from dealership for four days before I was able to speak with someone about the issues. (They still hadn’t even looked at my vehicle yet). Overall, VW had my vehicle for a total of 8 days before I got it back. I was also promised by Terry a car wash and vaccuum. Vehicle was returned to me dirty with no cleaning. I used to come here for my oil changes and maintenance. I think I’ll go somewhere else. Management was not very helpful and didn’t seem very apologetic and seemed ready to argue regarding all the ‘misinformation’ on pricing that I was given before taking my vehicle in. VW of AH can definitely work on their timeliness of communication and follow up. It goes a long way. More
