We had an appointment but oil change service took over 2 hours. That seemed slow to me. I took my vehicle in for an issue with my infotainment system, wireless charger, and 30k service. The technician was good and tried to help as much as he could until we finally found the possible issue. Told me to leave it a few more days so the can call VW support. We went back in to get me back into the loaner for them to tell me they had no loaners after I literally dropped it off not even 20 minutes. What an inconvenience this is caused since apparently they couldn’t get this fixed a first time but I was told I need to call back again two days later to put myself back in line all over again after waiting a couple month just so they can get me into a vehicle while the repair the issue. Been nothing but issues with VW is getting problems solved. Unfortunately this is the nearest location to me considering I have to drive in from almost 50 miles away to service my vehicle. More
