Literally let it ring until they were annoyed at having to do their job and not hide behind technology to show their unprofessional behavior. Also, customers were assigned an individual to interact with, however, they would not communicate to their paying customer that they would not be at work the following day and did not have anyone to keep tabs on their cases while they were off. Not covering down for people not at work is a sign of the lack of concern for the situation and dont care for a successful relationship with their paying clients. You are literally at the mercy of unprofessional individuals that will not offer shelter to working individuals coming in at 0655 am to pick up a car at 0700. My time is the same as everybody's else, but if I am paying for a service I would expect some common courtesy of interaction besides clock watchers. If you hate your job, hire me. xxxx, I ll do it at half proces and show you what hard work is. Anyways, no communication from one branch to the service center. If you can avoid them, take your patience and money somewhere else. If you are military, avoid them because they do not have any care for you after your wallet is emptied. More

I had an issue of a bad battery. Talked with Brian in parts and he said "it was probably still under warranty, bring it in and they would look at."
