I felt like cattle being pushed through the slaughter line. The place was awfully outdated and each person we dealt with didn't even care to get to know us. From the sales person to the finance person who cared more about being on their phone than to even have a conversation with us while signing and giving the down payment. I honestly won't go back to that VW dealership. I'll find another one where I'm at least respected like many are but not thus place. More

Came in for an oil change, didn’t honor the 45. 95 price. Plus wanted price on tires, discussed and all she had was the oem tires, asked about alignment she noted down, but after she started giving 95 price. Dz and tires were 696.dz and the oil change was 89.95. Asked for the oil change that got me here, simply said that if other services were needed, special don’t apply, when I started to reduce the services and eliminate the alignment, plus the diagnosis for fuel injection system , she gave me a 10% discount, but said it wasn’t allowed , I stated it was the price that got me to switch dealerships, I only got the tires and the oil change More
