I was having an issue with my gas gauge reading correctly. I contacted Ancira and the wait for service was a few days and decided to go with Alamo Heights VW. They recommended some service items and ultimately never found what was wrong with that gas gauge. One item they said needed to be fixed was about $300. Once I told them I had an extended warranty, the advisor said the tech that was working on my vehicle wiggle the fuse and it’s no longer an issue. Were they gonna charge me if I didn’t have an extended warranty for wiggling a fuse??? After all this, they still want to charge me for a diagnosis. Seems they are trying really hard for every little penny they can squeeze from me. This was last week. I’ve been calling my advisor all week and no response. If I get no response by the end of my workday, I will have to make an in person visit and be more inconvenienced. Next time I’ll take advice and continue to do business with Ancira VW. More

I discovered an issue with my beloved 2018 Beetle and they had an opening immediately, kept us well informed of the process, and had it fixed/washed/returned in record time. We especially appreciated how friendly and helpful TAWNI JADE was! She was patient with us and explained everything in detail, as well as walking us through the vehicle when we came to pick up our bug, to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Went in for some maintenance on my DSG Transmission- and some other things, they addressed everything, upon their inspection which i requested they informed me of some other issues, approved the work, advi some other things, they addressed everything, upon their inspection which i requested they informed me of some other issues, approved the work, advisor was diligent in her communication, she followed up with the email request, which I had actually missed, ive been coming here since I got the car.(it's been years) I don't trust the smaller places cuz of warranty policies. I made an appointment for 1:30 took my car in. Told the service adviser I would wait for my car in the waiting area. He said maybe an hour an a half. He was very uncaring and did not appear or act knowledgeable. My ticket clearly stated I was waiting but he called me. No way I got this message. Why ask. If you r not going to go get the customer.
