Volkswagen of Alamo Heights

I was having an issue with my gas gauge reading correctly. I contacted Ancira and the wait for service was a few days and decided to go with Alamo Heights VW. They recommended some service items an correctly. I contacted Ancira and the wait for service was a few days and decided to go with Alamo Heights VW. They recommended some service items and ultimately never found what was wrong with that gas gauge. One item they said needed to be fixed was about $300. Once I told them I had an extended warranty, the advisor said the tech that was working on my vehicle wiggle the fuse and it’s no longer an issue. Were they gonna charge me if I didn’t have an extended warranty for wiggling a fuse??? After all this, they still want to charge me for a diagnosis. Seems they are trying really hard for every little penny they can squeeze from me. This was last week. I’ve been calling my advisor all week and no response. If I get no response by the end of my workday, I will have to make an in person visit and be more inconvenienced. Next time I’ll take advice and continue to do business with Ancira VW. More

We especially appreciated how friendly and helpful TAWNI JADE was! She was patient with us and explained everything in detail, as well as walking us through the vehicle when we came to pick up our bug, to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.
